Welcome to CHAMP-Net!

CHAMP-Net is an interactive website that provides information about free and low-cost healthcare coverage programs for California's uninsured families. The website educates, supports, assists, and provides updates to communities in order to enroll more children into appropriate healthcare coverage programs. CHAMP-Net provides advocates with current eligibility and enrollment information for the various public and private healthcare coverage programs.

CHAMP-Net Expansion

CHAMP-Net now features specific information on Fresno, Imperial, Kern, Los Angeles and Shasta Counties. These five counties each have their own webpage with online resources and healthcare coverage program and policy information.
