CHAMP Adult Manual

Uninsured adults and those who assist them with accessing and using health resources need information about medical coverage and services for adults as well as their children! The information in this manual focuses on adults 19 years old and above. This manual is designed for assistors who help families enroll in health coverage programs and who provide referrals to health services.

Some of the important features of this helpful resource manual are listed below:

  • Who is your client? This feature, found on Page 1-2 and 1-3, matches health resources with the needs of adults by directing them to appropriate sections of the manual.
  • The Resource guide in Section 9 is designed for assistors and clients who want to contact programs or find additional information on specific health programs and services.
  • Glossary in Section 10 defines terms used in the manual.
